Terms and Conditions of 33rio – Read Before You Bet

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "33rio" or "Platform": refers to the website https://33rio.net, its subdomains, applications, and associated services.
• "User" or "you": an individual aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who creates and maintains an account at 33rio.
• "Account": an individual, non-transferable account created by the user to access 33rio's services.
• "Real Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the user and available for bets and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance": credit granted by 33rio through promotions, subject to specific rollover conditions before it can be converted into real or withdrawable funds.
• "Bet": any participation in sports markets, live casino, poker, slots, crash games, or other platform products using real or bonus balance.
• "Rollover": the minimum wagering requirement that must be met on the bonus balance before any withdrawal can be made.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the platform 33rio are permitted exclusively to individuals who cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion at 33rio or in any other player protection systems recognized under Brazilian law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, service provider, or first-degree relative of a 33rio employee or direct platform supplier.

Registration is free and completed by filling out a form with your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. The 33rio reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk assessment.

Providing false, outdated, or third-party information constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending balances and bonuses, and a ban on new registrations on the platform.

3. User Account

Each user may maintain only one active account on 33rio. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, with cancellation of associated balances and bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 33rio support via live chat or by email at contato@33rio.net.

The 33rio is not liable for losses resulting from the misuse of credentials by third parties when the negligence in safeguarding login information is attributable to the user.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00, deducted from the available real balance until the balance reaches zero or the user reactivates the account. Users will be notified by email before any fees are charged.

4. Deposits

The 33rio accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — instant transfer available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Funds credited within seconds of bank confirmation. The recommended method at 33rio.
• Boleto bancário — available for deposits above R$ 30.00. Clearing may take up to 1 business day after payment.
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards — subject to the available limit on the user's card. Credited within up to 5 minutes after confirmation by the card issuer.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets with immediate credit upon transaction confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum, but deposits above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification in accordance with anti-money laundering legislation.

The 33rio does not accept deposits made by third parties. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of the available real balance at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the most recent deposit, or to a bank account or Pix key registered in the name of the 33rio account holder.
• Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held until the KYC process (identity verification with document submission) is completed.
• The standard processing time is up to 10 minutes for Pix withdrawals on verified accounts, and up to 24 hours for other methods.
• The 33rio may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 3,000.00 as a security and regulatory compliance measure.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real balance — including bonus balance converted to real balance after the rollover requirement is met — is available for withdrawal. The 33rio reserves the right to cancel withdrawals that show signs of fraud, bonus abuse, or violations of these terms, and will notify the user of the reasons.

6. Sports Betting

The 33rio offers pre-match and live betting across a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, VALORANT, Free Fire, and Dota 2).

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting on 33rio:

• A confirmed and accepted bet cannot be canceled or changed by the user, except when the cash out market is available and active for that event.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or not held within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be voided and amounts returned to the user's balance.
• In the event of outcomes affected by recognized external factors (force majeure, regulatory decision), 33rio reserves the right to void bets and will notify the affected users.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are considered valid for live markets and invalid for pre-match markets. If a pre-match bet is accepted by error after the event has started, it will be voided and the amount refunded.
• The 33rio may cap the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user without prior notice, based on the platform's risk assessment.

7. Casino, Poker & Games

The 33rio offers Live Casino products (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), poker (tournaments, sit&go, and cash game), slots, crash games, and other digital gaming formats. The following conditions apply:

• All casino and slots games use certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring random and fair results.
• The live casino is streamed in real time with live dealers. Stream quality depends on the user's internet connection; 33rio is not responsible for connectivity issues that affect the gaming experience.
• In poker, 33rio charges a service fee (rake) at cash game tables, as detailed on the platform's poker page. Tournaments have entry fees (buy-in + fee) clearly stated before registration.
• Casino and slots results are final once a round is completed. Claims regarding results based on alleged technical failures will not be accepted unless objective evidence confirms a system error.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

The 33rio offers a variety of promotions for new and existing users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, boosted odds, poker freerolls, and a VIP program. Each promotion has specific terms published on the platform's Promotions page prior to redemption.

The following general rules apply to all 33rio bonuses:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is credited as bonus balance and requires a minimum rollover of 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.5 before any withdrawal.
• Voided bets, Asian handicap bets with a 0 line, and bets with cash out activated may not count toward rollover completion, as specified in each promotion.
• The 33rio reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice to users. Ongoing promotions will not be canceled retroactively for users who have already begun fulfilling the conditions.
• The use of arbitrage strategies (arbing), bonus hunting, or any technique aimed primarily at exploiting promotions is prohibited. Accounts identified with such behavior will have their bonuses canceled and may be suspended.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous week and credited every Monday as real balance, with no rollover requirement.

9. Responsible Gambling

The 33rio is committed to responsible gambling and offers control tools directly within each user's account dashboard. These tools include:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session bet limit: set a maximum bet amount per access period.
• Voluntary Break: temporary account block for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the pause, the account is inaccessible for deposits and bets.
• Self-Exclusion: permanent account block at the user's request. It cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. The 33rio shares self-exclusion information with player protection systems recognized under Brazilian law.

10. User Conduct

By using 33rio, the user agrees not to engage in, attempt, or facilitate the following conduct:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any resource that simulates or replaces human interaction on the platform.
• Match-fixing, collusion at poker tables, or any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of results.
• Money laundering, using the platform for unlawful transactions, or any activity prohibited under Brazilian law.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or any technology that masks the user's real location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or gain unfair advantages.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to use the account.

Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of pending balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

11. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 33rio via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any real balance will be returned to the user through the available withdrawal method, provided there are no pending violations of these Terms.

The 33rio may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Use of automation software or prohibited techniques described in section 10.
• Filing an unwarranted chargeback with a card issuer or financial institution.

In cases of closure due to a violation, the 33rio reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and, where applicable, real balances that are under investigation for suspected fraud, until the necessary review is complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 33rio offers its services on an as-is basis, making every effort to ensure continuous availability and operation. That said, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service — scheduled maintenance windows or outages due to force majeure may occur.

33rio is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made based on information obtained outside the platform.
• Internet connection instability or user device failures that affect the gaming experience.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by failures in third-party systems (banks, card processors, payment providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The total liability of the 33rio toward any user, for any reason, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform 33rio — including logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, layouts, software, and any other content — is the exclusive property of 33rio or its licensors, protected under Brazilian intellectual property and copyright law.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from 33rio. Personal, non-commercial use of content for the purpose of accessing the platform's services is permitted within the normal limits of account operation.

14. Privacy & LGPD

The 33rio collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Creation, verification, and management of the user's account.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.

15. Changes to These Terms

The 33rio reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to regulatory, operational, or product changes.

Material changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance, via registered email and a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If the user disagrees with the changes, they must close their account before the new terms take effect, notifying 33rio support so that the available real balance can be returned.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Sports Betting Legal Framework (Law No. 14,790/2023) and its regulations, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the court of the user's place of residence, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged, except where applicable law mandates a different venue.
